Overview
We are seeking a Senior Data Transformation & Delivery Lead to oversee the delivery of complex data capabilities in a multi-year transformation program. This role involves leading large-scale data transformation and migration initiatives, collaborating closely with various business functions, technology programs, and external suppliers to ensure successful outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of steering data projects from inception through operational readiness, effectively communicating with senior stakeholders throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end data delivery from business requirements to operational readiness.
- Drive complex data transformation and migration from legacy systems to integrated platforms.
- Oversee the development of Single Customer View and MDM capabilities.
- Manage dependencies across business functions and external suppliers.
- Translate functional requirements into actionable data delivery plans.
- Ensure accountability among multi-supplier delivery partners.
- Define resource needs and address capacity gaps as required.
- Implement governance, risks, dependencies, and delivery controls throughout the project.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading large-scale data transformation programs.
- Strong background in data migration, MDM, and Customer 360 initiatives.
- Experience in managing multi-supplier delivery and performance outcomes.
- Solid understanding of data governance, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Technical knowledge of modern data environments, preferably with Azure and Databricks.
- Experience working across multiple regions or countries is advantageous.
- Ability to create clarity in complex and ambiguous situations.
