Overview
The Dynamics 365 F&O Delivery Manager will lead a significant European implementation project, migrating from Microsoft Navision (NAV) to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O). This role involves managing various aspects of the delivery process and working with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration and transformation of business processes. The manager will engage with senior stakeholders to provide governance and drive project success over the duration of the contract.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end programme delivery, including implementation, legacy NAV decommissioning, data migration, cutover, and scope management.
- Lead the integration strategy across D365 F&O, Dynamics 365 CRM, and Oracle CPQ, ensuring smooth API and data flow operations.
- Drive the quote-to-cash transformation, integrating processes between Oracle CPQ, Dynamics CRM, and D365 F&O.
- Manage cross-functional delivery teams, ensuring effective collaboration among ERP/CRM consultants, architects, developers, and specialists.
- Serve as the primary liaison between senior business stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating governance and issue resolution.
Requirements
- Proven track record in delivering full lifecycle Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 F&O implementations.
- Strong understanding of legacy Microsoft NAV, data migration, and enterprise integrations.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies or Microsoft Sure Step.
- Experience with integrations involving Oracle CPQ, Salesforce, or D365 CRM is highly desirable.
