PowerShell Engineer

Overview

The PowerShell Engineer will work on a project aimed at enhancing lifecycle and access management for File Shares within a global aerospace company. The role involves developing PowerShell solutions, preparing documentation, and conducting user acceptance testing using AGILE methodologies. Additionally, the engineer will work on achieving compliance with UK Export Control regulations and resolving user creation issues in IT environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop PowerShell code to improve functionality for File Shares.
• Prepare technical documentation for project delivery.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing under AGILE methodology.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with UK Export Control.
• Troubleshoot and resolve user creation issues within IT environments.
• Ensure all deliverables meet the project requirements and specifications.

Requirements

• Valid Security Clearance (SC).
• Experience with PowerShell v5.1 and ISE.
• Proficiency with Windows PowerShell Forms and Windows 11.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and Windows NTFS File Systems.
• Ability to write and test documentation for Service Desk Analysts.
