Overview
We are seeking an Electronics Design Engineer to support our client's projects on a 12-month contract basis. The successful candidate will work closely with a team of engineers in an on-site capacity, focusing on electronic circuit design and development. This role emphasizes both digital and analogue design, and applicants should be well-versed in industry-standard tools and technologies.
Responsibilities
- Develop schematic designs using Altium software.
- Design and verify high-speed serial interfaces.
- Create and simulate analogue circuits.
- Collaborate with team members on PCB layout considerations.
- Utilize SPICE tools for circuit analysis.
- Implement solutions using Python and C++ for automation and testing.
Requirements
- Proven experience with schematic capture tools, specifically Altium.
- Strong understanding of high speed serial interfaces and analogue circuit design.
- Proficiency in Python and C++ programming.
- Experience in PCB layout design and implementation.
- Familiarity with SPICE tools for circuit simulation.
- Willingness to work on-site 5 days a week.
