Overview
We are seeking an Interim Engineering Manager to support a leading hydrogen developer during an exciting phase of their flagship project. In this role, you will work with a lean, high-performing team, taking ownership of technical delivery, project oversight, and coordination of multiple workstreams in a dynamic environment. You will be expected to provide hands-on leadership as the organization scales while ensuring the successful delivery of engineering activities.
Responsibilities
- Lead engineering activities across a major hydrogen infrastructure project.
- Manage EPC FEED procurement.
- Oversee electrolyser supply and service contracts.
- Support BAFO delivery.
- Manage ICP procurement and environmental permitting activities.
- Take ownership of project scheduling, resourcing, and engineering costs.
Requirements
- 8+ years' experience delivering large-scale energy infrastructure projects.
- Previous experience as an Engineering Manager.
- A background in hydrogen, biogas, oil & gas, or other complex process industries.
- Strong technical leadership with the ability to manage multiple workstreams within a fast-paced project environment.
