Overview
We are seeking a Product Manager for an initial 6-month contract, focusing on execution within an established retail business undergoing significant technology and operational transformation. This role will work closely with engineering teams to shape product requirements, manage backlogs, and facilitate high-quality product delivery in an agile environment. Ideal candidates will possess retail or logistics experience, contributing to the organization's fast-paced and entrepreneurial culture.
Responsibilities
- Own and prioritize the product backlog.
- Write high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate closely with engineers and Tech Leads throughout the delivery process.
- Drive sprint planning, backlog refinement, and agile ceremonies.
- Manage dependencies, blockers, and delivery timelines.
- Ensure requirements are clearly defined and ready for development.
Requirements
- Strong Product Management experience within technology teams.
- Proven backlog ownership and prioritization skills.
- Experience writing tickets, user stories, and requirements.
- Comfortable working closely with technical stakeholders.
- Experience in agile delivery environments.
- Background in retail, omnichannel, or logistics-focused environments is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Notion, or similar tools.
