Overview
The Enterprise AI Consultant will lead the governance and delivery of a portfolio of AI accelerators, ensuring effective management of initiatives from discovery to business-as-usual (BAU) operations. Working closely with senior stakeholders and vendors, this role focuses on prioritizing AI projects, managing risks, and establishing consistent reporting and governance processes within a digital transformation consultancy.
Responsibilities
- Manage portfolio governance, prioritisation, risks, and lifecycle progression across AI initiatives.
- Align senior stakeholders and vendors on priorities, requirements, and delivery decisions.
- Develop portfolio reporting and establish consistent governance processes and ways of working.
- Oversee the effective management and progression of AI initiatives from discovery to BAU.
- Facilitate cross-functional coordination and communication among teams involved in AI projects.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an independent consultant with a focus on AI, technology, or transformation initiatives.
- Significant portfolio/programme management experience.
- Strong skills in senior stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination.
- Experience with vendor assessment and managing governance frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability in reporting on delivery, risks, and value.
