The consultant will leverage their 2-3 years of experience in change management and consulting to support the implementation of various transformation initiatives while collaborating with stakeholders and ensuring effective project governance.

- Support the delivery of transformation projects across various clients.
- Assist in the coordination and governance of change and transformation programmes.
- Engage with stakeholders to facilitate smooth communication and project execution.
- Report on project progress and outcomes to ensure accountability and transparency.
- Contribute to process improvement and business transformation efforts.
- Work collaboratively in a client-facing environment to meet client expectations.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in change, transformation, or consulting roles.
- Experience in supporting change and transformation programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Familiarity with project coordination, governance, and reporting practices.
- Exposure to process improvement and business transformation initiatives.
- Experience in a client-facing consulting environment is essential.
- Big Four or wider consulting experience is highly desirable.
