Overview
The Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Senior Business Analyst will play a critical role in leading the transformation from legacy Microsoft Navision to Dynamics 365 F&O. This position involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive comprehensive business process analysis, integration efforts, and governance practices, ensuring seamless alignment and successful migration. Working in a hybrid model with two days a week in the London office, the contractor will engage with senior stakeholders and act as a liaison between technical and business teams to facilitate effective delivery and solution validation.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end migration process from Microsoft Navision to Dynamics 365 F&O.
- Conduct business-process analysis across various systems to ensure data flow alignment.
- Define and validate integration requirements with architecture and development teams.
- Assess the existing Navision landscape and manage data migration and transformation.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to align requirements and deliverables.
- Support governance and risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable solutions for stakeholders.
- Challenge solution designs to ensure they meet business needs and go-live objectives.
Requirements
- Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) and Microsoft Navision.
- Proven background in leading large-scale ERP transformations and migrations.
- Strong understanding of integration processes, including API and middleware strategies.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and engaging with senior stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and structured delivery practices.
- Excellent analytical skills for business process mapping and gap analysis.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Capability in risk management, budget tracking, and resource management.
