Overview
The Finance Transformation Consultant will play a critical role in leading a specific workstream within a significant financial services transformation project. Working alongside client stakeholders, the consultant will identify operational challenges, implement concrete improvements, and develop a strategic roadmap for the future. This position requires collaboration with a specialized consultancy that focuses on integrating finance with emerging technologies such as AI and low-code solutions.
Responsibilities
- Independently lead a designated workstream, ensuring its successful delivery and stakeholder engagement.

- Identify practical applications of AI and low-code solutions, aligning them with business requirements.
- Drive the achievement of quick wins during the eight-week engagement to generate measurable business value.
- Develop a comprehensive transformation roadmap, outlining clear priorities and actionable steps for the client.
Requirements
- Proven experience in delivering finance transformation projects within financial services or insurance.
- Confidence in engaging directly with senior stakeholders to translate complex business challenges.
- Strong understanding of AI tools like Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or Claude, and their practical applications.
- Ability to connect business needs with AI-enabled or low-code solutions without being a software developer.
- Flexible consulting approach with expertise in finance, AI transformation, or business change delivery.
