Overview
The Senior Agentic AI Engineer will play a crucial role in developing and deploying enterprise-grade AI agents and Generative AI solutions. Working in a hybrid environment, this contractor will collaborate with teams to integrate AI solutions, focusing on Python, Azure technologies, and advanced AI methodologies. This position is set for a contract duration of 3 to 6 months, with the potential for extension, and requires a high level of technical expertise in the AI field.
Responsibilities
- Develop AI agents and multi-agent workflows.
- Build retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines utilizing embeddings and vector databases.
- Implement prompt engineering, tool calling, and agent orchestration.
- Integrate AI solutions with various APIs and enterprise systems.
- Support testing, evaluation, and reliability of AI systems in cloud deployment.
Requirements
- Strong experience in Python development.
- Hands-on experience with AI agents and agentic workflows.
- Proficiency with Azure OpenAI and/or Azure AI Foundry.
- Knowledge of large language models (LLMs), RAG, embeddings, and vector databases.
- Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph.
- Experience working with APIs and cloud-based AI applications.
- Desirable experience includes MCP, multi-agent orchestration, and familiarity with AWS Bedrock or Anthropic Claude.
