Overview
The Finance Transformation Lead will spearhead critical cost transformation initiatives within a prominent organization, collaborating with the CFO, Senior Transformation Director, and the senior leadership team. This role is focused on implementing state-of-the-art finance capabilities through technology, automation, and AI, thereby enhancing decision-making processes and operational efficiency across the finance function.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver the finance cost transformation roadmap.
- Drive process optimization and operational efficiency across finance.
- Manage large-scale cost transformation programs and projects.
- Partner with finance leadership to enhance reporting, controls, and forecasting.
- Lead change management initiatives, ensuring stakeholder engagement and adoption.
- Establish KPIs and track transformation outcomes and value delivery.
Requirements
- Extensive experience leading large-scale cost transformation projects in complex organizations.
- Qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA professional.
- Strong program and project management skills.
- Commercial mindset with robust stakeholder engagement capabilities.
