Overview
The Finance Transformation Lead will play a crucial role in assessing and improving the finance operating environment within a rapidly growing global technology company. Collaborating closely with senior stakeholders, including the CFO, the contractor will develop and implement a finance transformation roadmap, focusing on ERP-related changes and standardizing financial processes for scalability and improved efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Assess the current finance operating model, processes, and systems landscape.
- Develop and deliver a clear finance transformation roadmap.
- Lead ERP-related transformation from initial assessment through to implementation and adoption.
- Standardize and improve core financial processes across multiple regions.
- Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and strengthen finance operations.
- Improve financial controls, reporting, and data quality.
- Establish effective program governance, priorities, and delivery plans.
- Manage third-party technology and implementation partners as required.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading complex, international finance transformation programs.
- Significant experience with ERP implementation, upgrade, or optimization.
- In-depth knowledge of finance processes, controls, and operating models.
- Experience working within a global, multi-entity organization.
- Ability to operate strategically while managing program delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly with executive leadership teams.
- Experience in technology, media, or other fast-paced international businesses is advantageous.
