Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and analytical Business Change Analyst to support a global manufacturing organization in their business transformation initiatives across HR and key functions. The successful candidate will collaborate with project leads and stakeholders to deliver strategic change, produce insightful reports and presentations, and ensure successful adoption of change management practices. Responsibilities
- Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of business change transformation programmes.
- Produce high-quality reports, analysis, presentations, and stakeholder communications.
- Manage survey activity from deployment through to analysis and reporting.
- Deliver data-driven insights and KPI tracking to support decision-making.
- Support change management, communications, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Develop guidance materials, toolkits, and supporting resources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to drive progress and resolve issues.
- Provide analytical, reporting, and project support across various strategic business initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience coordinating technology projects in a global or industrial manufacturing environment.
- Excellent analytical skills with strong proficiency in Excel for report generation.
- Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage and deliver fragmented projects across core business units.
- Demonstrated experience in analysis and reporting.
- Excellent stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively.
