Overview
We are looking for a skilled Cyber Business Analyst to enhance our cybersecurity services and support a transformative initiative. In this hybrid role, the contractor will collaborate with key stakeholders across security, technology, risk, and business sectors to define cybersecurity strategies and improve operational models and processes. The focus will be on identifying improvements and delivering impactful cyber initiatives through structured analysis and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business and security requirements.
- Define cybersecurity services, operating models, and service ownership.
- Create RACI matrices, process maps, and governance documentation.
- Facilitate workshops with Security, Technology, Risk, and Business stakeholders.
- Analyse current processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support the delivery of cyber initiatives and organisational change.
Requirements
- Proven Business Analyst experience within Cyber Security.
- Strong experience with RACI frameworks, governance, and operating model design.
- Excellent process mapping and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working on cyber transformation or security improvement programmes.
- Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, CAF, or Cyber Essentials is desirable.
- Experience across SOC, IAM, Vulnerability Management, Risk & Compliance, or Cloud Security is beneficial.
