Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a consultancy engaged in a major transformation program within a global payments organization. This role involves collaborating with senior SMEs and stakeholders to analyze and streamline the end-to-end payments journey, focusing on customer acquisition and the associated processes, data, and technology landscape.
Responsibilities
- Lead requirements elicitation and analysis.
- Map end-to-end As-Is and To-Be processes.
- Facilitate workshops with business, technology, and subject-matter experts.
- Analyze complex processes, data, and business rules.
- Identify pain points, gaps, duplication, and inefficiencies.
- Understand system and process dependencies.
- Translate business needs into clear, structured requirements.
- Support testing, UAT, implementation, and business readiness.
Requirements
- Strong Business Analysis and requirements-gathering experience.
- Payments, banking, or financial services experience.
- Excellent process mapping capability.
- Strong data analysis skills.
- Experience defining As-Is and To-Be processes.
- Knowledge of complex business and system interactions.
- Strong workshop facilitation abilities.
- Experience in requirements traceability and governance.
