Overview
We are looking for a qualified Finance Transformation Lead to drive process improvements and operational excellence within a significant business transformation program. This interim role involves collaborating closely with finance teams to ensure the efficient delivery of month-end close and reporting processes along with managing transformation activities across an international organization.
Responsibilities
- Drive month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Oversee financial reporting processes and support business performance reporting requirements.
- Manage and coordinate finance transition and transformation activities, including process migrations and operating model changes.
- Partner with finance, operational, and project teams to identify opportunities for standardisation, automation, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure robust governance, compliance, and process documentation.
Requirements
- Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of month-end close, financial controls, and reporting processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to influence and operate effectively across complex, fast-paced environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
