Overview
The Change Management Specialist will play a pivotal role in facilitating a significant Enterprise Technology Transformation within an established programme. The contractor will collaborate closely with programme leadership, project teams, and senior business stakeholders to ensure the effective adoption of new technologies and business processes. This position requires a dynamic approach to driving stakeholder engagement and readiness while bridging the gap between programme delivery and business-as-usual operations. The role is tailored for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are adept at influencing change across all levels of an organization.
Responsibilities
- Deliver change and adoption activities across a major Enterprise Transformation Programme.
- Drive the successful adoption of new technology, systems and business processes.
- Build credibility with stakeholders and influence across all levels of the organization.
- Produce engaging communications, learning materials and training content.
- Facilitate workshops, business readiness and change impact activities.
- Support benefits realization and ensure change is successfully embedded into BAU.
- Collaborate with Programme Managers, Business Analysts, Product Owners and technical delivery teams to bridge the gap between business and technology.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering large-scale technology or enterprise transformation programmes.
- Ability to quickly add value to transformation programmes mid-delivery.
- Experience in building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
- Demonstrated skills leading stakeholder engagement, business readiness and user adoption activities.
- Strong background in producing communications, learning content, training plans and adoption materials.
- Experience conducting change impact and business readiness assessments.
- Familiarity with recognized Change Management frameworks such as Prosci ADKAR or APMG Change Management.
- Proficient in balancing programme delivery with business-as-usual priorities.
