Overview
This role involves leading a significant Oracle Fusion Finance transformation project for a prominent private equity firm. As a senior leader, you will drive the implementation process, manage various workstreams, and ensure timely decision-making amid a multi-year, complex change agenda. This position is focused on rethinking and enhancing the finance function within the organization, requiring expertise in finance transformation and project management.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Oracle Fusion Finance transformation project with a focus on delivering substantial change.
- Manage multiple workstreams to ensure the project stays on schedule and within scope.

Requirements
- Proven experience in leading finance transformation programmes, preferably in a senior role within Big 4 or MBB consultancy.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Financials and finance function optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-year project implementations.
- Exceptional project or programme management skills, including working effectively under pressure.
- Experience navigating organizational politics and maintaining momentum in high-stakes environments.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to influence diverse stakeholders.
