Overview

Responsibilities
- Manage cost variance reports (CVRs) for various infrastructure projects.
- Oversee subcontract management and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
- Conduct monthly valuations and prepare comprehensive commercial reports.
- Lead and develop a small commercial team to enhance project delivery.
- Implement change management processes effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of infrastructure schemes.
- Monitor and control costs, ensuring projects are delivered within budget.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Commercial Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor (SQS) in civil engineering, water, or infrastructure sectors.
- Strong understanding of cost management principles and practices.
- Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
- Experience with managing subcontractors effectively.
- Familiarity with commercial reporting and change management processes.
- A full UK driver's licence is required.
