Overview
We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst on a 6-month contract, with a strong likelihood of extension. You will play a pivotal role in a Finance-focused transformation programme, working closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to analyze and improve business processes, define requirements, and support implementation efforts. As a key member of the project, you will utilize your expertise in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies to effectively drive results across various projects and programmes.
Responsibilities
- Support a Finance-focused transformation program by conducting business process analysis.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and gather requirements through stakeholder interviews.
- Perform gap analysis, impact assessments, and root cause analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Create clear and structured requirements documentation for technical and delivery teams.
- Assist in testing, change management, training, and business readiness activities.
- Engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and understanding of project objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in technology and business projects.
- Strong understanding of Finance ERP implementations.
- Skilled in business process mapping, improvement, and operating model design.
- Ability to facilitate workshops and gather requirements from diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in gap analysis, impact assessment, and problem-solving.
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
