Overview
We are seeking a skilled Systems Engineer to join a leading Defence & Security organisation focused on delivering complex Naval programmes. In this hands-on role, you will support requirements management, system design, and integration, working alongside cross-functional teams in a collaborative engineering environment. The position requires SC Clearance and offers a long-term contract with opportunities for extension.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage system requirements using DOORS.
- Define system interfaces to support design and integration across engineering domains.
- Support the full engineering lifecycle from requirements through to integration, verification, and validation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile delivery environment.
- Ensure compliance with defence engineering standards and best practices.
Requirements
- Strong background in Systems Engineering within complex environments.
- Experience using DOORS for requirement management.
- Experience working across the full engineering lifecycle.
- Comfortable working in an agile environment.
- Active SC Clearance (or recently lapsed and eligible to renew).
