Overview
We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join a dynamic cross-asset trading team on a contract basis. In this hybrid role, you will collaborate with engineering teams to develop and enhance applications that support trading operations. Your focus will revolve around front-end development in React, alongside back-end work in .NET, C#, and API design, while also leveraging modern development tools in an AI-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop user-facing applications using React, ensuring a high-quality user experience.
- Implement back-end services utilizing .NET and C# as part of the application stack.
- Create and maintain APIs for integration with various services and systems.
- Work with Microsoft SQL Server for data management and queries.
- Collaborate with senior technology leadership to influence application architecture and design.
- Engage in AI-enabled development practices, utilizing tools such as Cursor and Claude.
Requirements
- Proven experience in full stack development with a focus on React.
- Strong programming skills in .NET and C#.
- Familiarity with modern React ecosystem components, specifically the TanStack suite.
- Experience in API design and development methodologies.
- Background working in regulated financial environments, with an understanding of finance vocabulary and models.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server for database management.
