Overview
We are seeking a skilled Web Front End Developer to contribute to the creation of customer-facing interfaces that enhance user experiences with digital products and emerging technologies. In this fully remote position, the developer will collaborate closely with backend developers and AI specialists to translate business requirements and user journeys into responsive and intuitive web features. The role emphasizes the importance of usability, clear communication, and user feedback to continuously improve the product.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain customer portals, dashboards, and other essential web interfaces.
- Turn requirements, wireframes, and designs into polished and intuitive frontend features.
- Create reusable components and consistent patterns to ensure a coherent user experience.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and clearly present structured data.
- Build accessible forms, navigation systems, and workflow interactions.
- Design informative loading, error, and success states for users.
- Present AI-generated outputs with appropriate context and controls.
- Optimise performance and compatibility across various browsers and devices.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular.
- Demonstrated ability to build polished and usable interfaces through a portfolio of previous work.
- Experience integrating APIs and managing asynchronous data.
- Understanding of responsive design, semantic HTML, and accessibility principles.
- Familiarity with frontend testing, version control, and browser security practices.
- Ability to communicate technical decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with customer portals, dashboards, or subscription software is preferred.
