Overview
The IAM Specialist will play a crucial role in a cyber security team, focusing on the hands-on implementation and configuration of SailPoint's Identity Governance solutions. This role will involve close collaboration with HR, IT operations, and application owners to ensure seamless identity data flow and appropriate access throughout the identity lifecycle, particularly on a technically oriented implementation project.
Responsibilities
- Implement and configure SailPoint / Identity Governance solutions.
- Integrate SailPoint with Microsoft Entra ID and Azure AD.
- Design and configure automated Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) provisioning and deprovisioning processes.
- Build approval workflows for access requests and role assignments.
- Configure access certification, recertification, and attestation campaigns.
- Develop RBAC, role mining, and entitlement models.
- Configure application connectors across Active Directory, Entra ID, SaaS, and on-premise systems.
- Support application onboarding and define access models with application owners.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with implementing and configuring SailPoint, preferably IdentityIQ, IdentityNow, or Identity Security Cloud.
- Proven experience in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA).
- Experience integrating IGA solutions with Microsoft Entra ID and Azure AD.
- Solid understanding of Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) processes and identity lifecycle management.
- Knowledge of provisioning, deprovisioning, access requests, and approval workflows.
- Familiarity with access certification, recertification, and entitlement management.
- Understanding of RBAC, role mining, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) policies.
- Strong knowledge of SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SCIM, and hybrid identity management.
