Overview
We are seeking an experienced Identity & SSO Engineer for an initial 3-month contract, primarily focusing on the management and optimization of enterprise identity and access services. In this fully remote role, the engineer will work closely with teams to enhance Microsoft Entra ID, SSO integrations, and authentication technologies across the organization’s SaaS environments.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) including Conditional Access and SAML federation.
- Configure and troubleshoot SSO solutions using SAML 2.0 and OAuth 2.0, managing claims and metadata.
- Manage Google Workspace administration including SAML apps and OAuth applications.
- Develop PowerShell scripts and use Microsoft Graph API for automation purposes.
- Manage SSL/TLS certificates and DNS configurations such as MX and SPF records.
- Support SSO integrations with various SaaS platforms including Salesforce and Zoom.
- Manage Azure service principals and application registrations.
- Produce technical documentation including runbooks and handover materials.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
- In-depth knowledge of SAML 2.0, OIDC, and OAuth 2.0 authentication protocols.
- Experience managing SSO integrations and SaaS access, particularly in enterprise environments.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace as a Super Admin.
- Proficient in PowerShell scripting and Microsoft Graph API usage.
- Experience with managing SSL certificates and DNS records related to identity services.
