Overview
We are seeking a skilled Infrastructure Engineer with a focus on identity and access management for a 3-month contract, likely to be extended. The successful candidate will work remotely and will be instrumental in managing and optimizing enterprise identity services, configuring secure access solutions across Microsoft and Google environments, and enhancing SaaS integrations. This hands-on role demands expertise in SAML, SSO, and Microsoft Entra ID, with a commitment to delivering reliable and secure identity management solutions.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including Conditional Access and SAML federation.
- Configure and troubleshoot SSO solutions using SAML 2.0, OIDC, and OAuth 2.0.
- Manage Google Workspace administration, including SAML apps and directory services.
- Develop PowerShell scripts and utilize Microsoft Graph API for automation tasks.
- Manage SSL/TLS certificates and DNS configurations, including MX and TXT records.
- Support SSO integrations with various SaaS platforms such as Salesforce and GitHub Enterprise.
- Manage Azure service principals and application registrations.
- Produce comprehensive technical documentation, including runbooks and handover materials.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Deep understanding of SAML 2.0, OIDC, and OAuth 2.0 protocols.
- Experience in managing enterprise SSO solutions and SaaS application access.
- Proven experience as a Google Workspace Super Admin.
- Proficient in PowerShell scripting and Microsoft Graph API.
- Experience with managing certificates and DNS records in Azure identity services.
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms and their SSO integrations.
