Overview
We are seeking an experienced IAM Engineer for an initial 3-month contract focused on supporting and optimizing enterprise identity and access services. This fully remote role will involve managing Microsoft Entra ID and SSO integrations, ensuring secure access across both Microsoft and Google environments. The contractor will take a hands-on approach to configure and troubleshoot identity solutions and will collaborate closely with IT teams to enhance authentication technologies and SaaS identity management.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) including Conditional Access and Intune integrations.
- Configure and troubleshoot SSO solutions using SAML 2.0, OIDC, and OAuth 2.0.
- Manage Google Workspace administration including SAML apps and directory services.
- Develop PowerShell scripts and utilize Microsoft Graph API for automation tasks.
- Manage SSL/TLS certificates and DNS configurations.
- Support SSO integrations with various SaaS platforms.
- Produce technical documentation including runbooks and handover materials.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience administering Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).
- Understanding of SAML 2.0, OIDC, and OAuth 2.0 authentication protocols.
- Experience with enterprise SSO integrations and SaaS application access.
- Google Workspace Super Admin experience.
- Strong PowerShell scripting skills and experience with Microsoft Graph API.
- Experience managing certificates, DNS records, and Azure identity services.
