Overview
We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Architect specializing in Financial Services Cloud for a fully remote six-month contract position. The successful candidate will lead end-to-end implementations, engaging closely with clients to deliver tailored and scalable Salesforce solutions. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with business consulting, making it essential for supporting clients through the project lifecycle from discovery to go-live.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full Salesforce Financial Services Cloud implementation lifecycle, including Discovery, Design, Build, Test, Deployment, and Hypercare.
- Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and define future-state solutions.
- Design scalable Salesforce solutions focusing on data models, security, integrations, and application architecture.
- Configure and oversee FSC capabilities including Client Profiles and Case Management.
- Produce solution designs, user stories, functional specifications, and process maps.
- Design integrations with enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Lead data migration, data mapping, and governance activities.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering end-to-end Salesforce Financial Services Cloud implementations.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and OmniStudio.
- Experience with integrations, APIs, and Salesforce security including SSO/MFA.
- Strong business analysis skills including requirements gathering and process mapping.
- Experience working in Financial Services or regulated industries.
- Knowledge of Agile delivery, DevOps, and CI/CD processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Preferred certifications include Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect, and Financial Services Cloud Accreditation.
