Overview
The IFS Test Administrator will join a confidential client's programme on a contract basis, focusing on the coordination and administration of testing activities related to IFS ERP systems. This role requires the successful candidate to collaborate with business users and functional teams to ensure that testing processes are accurately managed and maintained, ultimately supporting the overall success of the IFS implementation.
Responsibilities
- Administer and coordinate IFS test activities across the programme.
- Manage and maintain test scripts, scenarios, and test documentation.
- Upload, organize, and manage test scripts within Jira.
- Support business users and functional teams throughout test cycles.
- Track test execution, defects, progress, and outstanding actions.
- Assist with the preparation and coordination of UAT and other testing phases.
- Ensure testing activity is properly documented and reported.
- Collaborate with the wider IFS project and testing teams to ensure testing remains on track.
Requirements
- Proven experience working as an IFS Test Administrator / Test Coordinator / Test Analyst.
- Strong understanding of IFS ERP testing environments and processes.
- Experience supporting UAT and other formal testing cycles.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and test script management.
- Comfortable working with business users and functional consultants.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Experience working within a structured ERP transformation or implementation programme.
