- Provide architectural direction for backup, disaster recovery, and cyber recovery initiatives.
- Review cloud networking, hybrid connectivity, segmentation, and security controls.
- Maximise Microsoft capabilities across Entra ID, Active Directory, Intune, SCCM, Defender, and Sentinel.
- Support engineers through proofs of concept, pilots, and implementation, challenging suppliers and guiding technical decisions.
Requirements
- Strong infrastructure architecture experience across both AWS and Azure, alongside on-premise environments.
- Solid networking background, including cloud networking and hybrid connectivity.
- Experience designing backup, disaster recovery, and operational resilience solutions.
- Proven ability to assess complex or poorly documented estates and create practical improvement plans.
- Broad knowledge of Microsoft identity, endpoint management, and security technologies.
