Overview
We are seeking an experienced Lead Delivery Manager to join a government project for a leading digital consultancy. This part-time role entails managing the delivery of a digital healthcare service and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the project aligns with broader clinical objectives. The successful candidate will start at four days per week and transition to three days per week in January, contributing significantly to the scaling and integration of digital services.
Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of a digital healthcare project within the public sector framework.
- Oversee and coordinate the efforts of project teams to ensure timely execution of deliverables.
- Engage with stakeholders to communicate progress and gather requirements.
- Adapt project plans based on operational needs and stakeholder feedback.
- Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Delivery Manager in an Agile environment within the public sector.
- Strong understanding of web development project delivery processes.
- Experience in the healthcare domain is highly advantageous.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Availability for immediate interviews and start dates.
