Overview
We are looking for a high-calibre Lead Solution Architect specializing in Learning Platforms to lead the architecture for a significant Learning Experience Transformation programme with a renowned global retailer. This role requires hands-on leadership to design a modern, integrated learning ecosystem leveraging cloud technologies, APIs, and AI capabilities, while collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective governance throughout the project.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end solution architecture for learning, content, and employee experience platforms.
- Lead architecture and governance for enterprise integrations and API strategy.
- Design data products, analytics, and Data Fabric architecture.
- Oversee learning content management and learning experience platforms.
- Challenge software vendors and implementation partners to ensure compliant solutions.
- Translate business requirements into clear architectural roadmaps and design decisions.
- Drive architectural governance across project delivery stages.
Requirements
- Proven Solution Architecture experience within large-scale enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft technology stack, including Azure and Power Platform.
- Expertise in APIs, integration architecture, and modern SaaS ecosystems.
- Strong background in data architecture, including Data Fabric and AI solutions.
- Experience designing digital workplace, intranet, and employee experience platforms.
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders across multiple workstreams.
- Experience in Learning Technology (LMS, LXP, TMS).
- Knowledge of Workday or similar enterprise SaaS platforms.
