Overview
We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Integrations Specialist to join our team on a 6-month contract to support a dynamic M&A integration and systems migration program across various UK and European sites. In this hands-on role, you will lead Microsoft 365 and infrastructure migration activities within a small project team, taking ownership of technical workstreams while collaborating with third-party vendors and managing data migrations during critical delivery phases. Your ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment will be essential to the program's success.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support Microsoft 365 and infrastructure migration activities.
- Deliver tenant-to-tenant migrations across M365 environments.
- Manage data migrations using BitTitan, ShareGate, and Quest.
- Support Entra ID / Active Directory integration and migration activities.
- Build, configure, and deploy laptops and end-user devices using Intune / Autopilot.
- Carry out application testing, validation, and legacy system assessments.
- Work closely with third-party vendors and software providers.
- Produce clear technical documentation, handover notes, and migration updates.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 and cloud infrastructure.
- Proven track record in delivering M&A integrations, carve-outs, or divestments.
- Experience in tenant-to-tenant migration.
- Hands-on experience with migration tools like BitTitan and ShareGate.
- Strong understanding of Entra ID, Active Directory, and endpoint management.
- Familiarity with Intune and Autopilot deployment.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals including VPNs, DNS, DHCP, and firewall.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
