Overview
The M365 Analyst Developer will engage in the development of Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and SharePoint services to enhance digital transformation initiatives within a public sector organization. Working within an Agile team, the contractor will collaborate with various stakeholders to create secure, user-centered digital solutions and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of business applications and knowledge management systems. The role involves both development and knowledge transfer activities, with a focus on delivering high-quality digital services while adhering to Agile methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and SharePoint development services.
- Contribute to the design, development, and support of AI-powered agents and business applications.
- Liaise with business analysts, developers, and technical specialists for user-centered solutions.
- Configure and enhance Microsoft Copilot Studio agents and conversational experiences.
- Develop and maintain Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
- Assist with requirements gathering, solution design, and product backlog item development.
- Produce technical documentation and product artifacts.
- Collaborate with delivery teams for continuous improvements and high-quality digital services.
Requirements
- Experience gathering requirements and designing user-friendly Power Platform or AI solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Virtual Agents, and the Power Platform ecosystem.
- Experience in designing conversational AI solutions, including intents and generative AI capabilities.
- Knowledge of governance, security, and compliance within the Copilot and Power Platform ecosystems.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration in teams.
- Desirable experience with Microsoft licensing models and enterprise system integration using APIs.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications in Power Platform, Microsoft 365, or related technologies.
