Overview
The M365 Developer will be responsible for delivering Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and SharePoint development services, playing a key role in digital transformation initiatives within a public sector organization. Collaborating within an Agile delivery team, the developer will contribute to designing, developing, and supporting AI-powered agents and knowledge management solutions, ensuring secure and user-centered outcomes that align with business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, and SharePoint development services.
- Contribute to the design, development, and support of AI-powered agents and business applications.
- Liaise with business analysts, developers, and technical specialists to meet business requirements.
- Implement secure, user-centered solutions following Agile principles.
- Transfer knowledge to the onsite team to ensure continuity of support.
- Participate in iterative sprint-based delivery cycles.
Requirements
- Experience with gathering and translating business requirements for scalable solutions in Power Platform and/or AI.
- Proficient in Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Virtual Agents, and the Power Platform product set.
- Knowledge of designing conversational AI solutions, including intents and generative AI capabilities.
- Strong understanding of governance, security, and compliance within the CoPilot and Power Platform ecosystem.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively in team environments.
- Familiarity with Microsoft licensing models and best practices for cost optimization is desirable.
- Experience with APIs and standard integration patterns is a plus.
- Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or Microsoft 365 are advantageous.
