Overview
We are looking for a skilled Manager to lead the design and technical delivery of AI Agent solutions. This contract role involves translating discovery outcomes into scalable technical architectures using Microsoft AI technologies, while collaborating closely with both business and technical teams to ensure compliance with functional, security, and governance standards. The successful candidate will manage the build team and oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle, ensuring successful sprint deliveries and stakeholder management. This position is fully remote, offering flexibility while engaging with various stakeholders across the UK.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, build, and technical delivery of AI Agent solutions.
- Translate discovery outcomes and business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Own solution architecture decisions, ensuring compliance with security and governance.
- Manage the build backlog and prioritize sprint delivery based on project timelines.
- Oversee integration planning across various Microsoft platforms.
- Direct testing and implementation readiness activities to ensure deployment fitness.
- Provide technical leadership and daily direction to the build team.
- Manage stakeholder expectations by effectively communicating progress and risks.
Requirements
- Strong leadership experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and the Power Platform.
- Solid working knowledge of Azure AI services.
- Proven solution architecture experience for AI-driven solutions.
- Strong agile delivery experience, including backlog management.
- Experience leading or managing technical build teams.
- Confident in stakeholder management with senior business and technical stakeholders.
- Understanding of security and governance requirements for enterprise AI deployments.
- Ability to balance hands-on technical tasks with delivery and people leadership.
