Overview
We are seeking an experienced Interim Senior Data Analyst for a 3-month contract dedicated to enhancing visibility of warehouse and field crew utilization. This remote position will involve working closely with a leading logistics client to recover revenue leakage, improve billing accuracy, and streamline operational efficiency through data analysis and reporting. The role requires a hands-on approach to assess current data capture processes, develop actionable dashboards, and identify opportunities for automation in business intelligence workflows.
Responsibilities
- Analyze current working hours recording practices to identify gaps and inaccuracies.
- Develop dashboards and reports that enhance visibility for operational and client managers.
- Identify and streamline manual processes within the BI function for more efficient reporting.
- Document key processes and create training materials for team training and sustainability post-assignment.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective analytics solutions.
- Utilize data to support revenue recovery and billing accuracy initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Tableau, SQL, and Excel.
- Experience working in logistics, transport, warehousing, or supply chain sectors.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to translate requirements into analytics solutions.
- Hands-on, delivery-focused approach with a capacity to work effectively in a project environment.
