Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Unit4 FP&A Systems Consultant for a 3-month contract, available for either full-time or part-time commitment. The successful candidate will work remotely and focus on implementing, configuring, and optimizing Unit4 FP&A systems, collaborating closely with clients to translate their financial requirements into effective system solutions throughout the entire implementation lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Design and configure Unit4 FP&A solutions to meet client needs.
- Translate finance and business requirements into system functionality.
- Run discovery and solution design workshops with stakeholders.
- Configure processes for budgeting, forecasting, planning, reporting, and consolidation within Unit4 FP&A.
- Produce functional specifications and maintain system documentation.
- Support testing, deployment, and user adoption of the systems.
- Integrate Unit4 FP&A with ERP and reporting platforms.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience implementing, configuring, or supporting Unit4 FP&A.
- Demonstrated experience in delivering finance systems implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, planning, reporting, and consolidation from a system perspective.
- Experience in gathering requirements and converting them into system designs/configurations.
- Strong client-facing skills and ability to manage stakeholder workshops.
- Experience in a consultancy or professional services environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with Unit4 ERP, financial data structures, data integration, Power BI, or SQL is advantageous.
- Specific Unit4 FP&A systems implementation experience is required.
