Overview
We are seeking a skilled NetSuite Finance Functional Consultant specializing in AI and optimization to support our client's ambitious transformation journey following a successful SuiteSuccess implementation. The consultant will work closely with finance, technology, and operational teams to lead post-implementation initiatives aiming to enhance finance processes and integrate cutting-edge AI solutions. This role will involve providing strategic insights, improving workflows, and ensuring compliance while shaping an innovative vision for AI within finance operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead NetSuite post-SuiteSuccess optimisation initiatives across key finance processes.
- Conduct process reviews to identify opportunities for efficiency and control improvements.
- Design and implement NetSuite enhancements, workflows, and dashboards.
- Collaborate with finance leadership to create and execute an AI roadmap.
- Evaluate and implement integrations between NetSuite and various AI platforms.
- Establish governance frameworks for AI utilization, ensuring compliance and security.
- Train and support users in adopting AI-enabled processes.
Requirements
- Strong NetSuite Functional Consulting experience with a focus on Finance.
- Proven experience in post-SuiteSuccess support.
- Deep understanding of finance processes and control mechanisms.
- Experience in gathering and translating requirements into NetSuite solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills at various organizational levels.
- Strong knowledge of reporting and business process optimisation.
- Experience deploying AI solutions in finance or ERP environments is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with API integrations and data flows related to financial systems.
