Overview
The MEP Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) services using Revit in a fully remote capacity. This position requires working on data centre projects where complex building systems are involved. The contractor will collaborate with various teams to ensure optimal execution of the project within the designated timeframe.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate MEP services leveraging Revit software.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure design requirements are met.
- Manage and supervise the integration of MEP systems within building projects.
- Review project specifications and provide technical guidance as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Requirements
- Strong expertise in coordinating MEP services using Revit.
- Experience in complex building environments, especially data centres.
- Proven track record working on mission-critical projects.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks remotely.
- Immediate availability for interviews and project start.
