Overview
The Modern Endpoint/EUC Architect will lead the design and delivery of modern endpoint and workplace solutions, focusing on Microsoft technologies such as Intune, Windows Autopilot, and Microsoft Entra ID. This role involves collaborating with clients and internal teams to assess environments, define architectural strategies, and oversee implementation while ensuring compliance with security standards. The architect will also play a key role in technical decision-making and serve as a trusted advisor throughout endpoint transformation engagements.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of complex endpoint solutions.
- Assess current environments and define target-state architectures and migration strategies.
- Produce high-quality design documentation including assessments and implementation plans.
- Provide technical leadership throughout the discovery, design, and implementation phases.
- Design secure solutions aligned with Zero Trust principles and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with clients to shape requirements and support technical decision-making.
- Contribute to pre-sales activities including technical input to proposals and estimates.
- Support practice development through the creation of reusable standards and architecture patterns.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading architecture and delivery of modern workplace solutions.
- Strong technical expertise in endpoint management, security, and transformation.
- Demonstrated ability to create assessments, strategies, and design documentation.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications such as MD-102, MS-102, SC-300, or AZ-104 are desirable.
- Hands-on expertise in Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and endpoint security management.
- Knowledge of Active Directory and hybrid identity systems.
- Experience using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph for automation and reporting.
- Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at various levels.
