Overview
As a Manhattan Active WMS Consultant / SME, you will play a vital role in a major warehouse optimization and transformation initiative. Working closely with warehouse operations and technical delivery teams, you will enhance and optimize the Manhattan Active Warehouse Management platform, focusing on continuous improvement and operational excellence. This position requires collaboration with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide expert guidance across multiple aspects of the platform.
Responsibilities
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the Manhattan Active Warehouse Management platform.
- Work closely with warehouse operations, supply chain, and business stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements.
- Analyse warehouse processes and identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.
- Configure and support Manhattan Active Warehouse Management solutions.
- Lead workshops with business stakeholders and facilitate requirement gathering sessions.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), go-live activities, and hypercare.
- Deliver knowledge transfer and user support where required.
- Analyze and troubleshoot production issues and support API integrations, data flows, testing, releases, and deployments.
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience with Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM).
- Experience configuring and supporting Manhattan Active solutions.
- Strong understanding of Manhattan Active architecture and platform capabilities.
- Experience delivering or supporting Manhattan Active implementations or optimization programs.
- Good understanding of warehouse operations, logistics, and supply chain processes.
- Ability to bridge the gap between operational teams and technical delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and workshop facilitation skills.
- Experience supporting testing, UAT, production support, and continuous improvement initiatives.
