Overview
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Change Manager and Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) Developer to play a key role in the implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to manage organizational change while creating user-friendly guidance materials that facilitate system adoption and promote effective new ways of working. This role requires a combination of strategic stakeholder engagement and hands-on development of OGL content.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver change management activities, including stakeholder engagement and change impact assessments.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and project teams to assess the impact of Oracle Cloud HCM changes on end users.
- Design, build, and maintain Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) content, including step-by-step guidance and contextual help.
- Translate complex HCM functionality and business processes into clear, user-friendly guidance.
- Align OGL content with broader training strategies and knowledge-transfer activities.
- Coordinate reviews, testing, and approvals of content with subject matter experts.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Change Manager or similar role within Oracle Cloud implementations.
- Hands-on development experience with Oracle Guided Learning (OGL), including in-application guidance.
- Experience with Oracle HCM implementations.
- A recognised qualification in change management.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to simplify complex system functionalities for end users.
- Experience with training support, user readiness, and knowledge transfer.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with multiple teams.
