Overview
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud ERP Finance Lead to guide the functional design and delivery of Oracle Fusion Financials within a significant property and real estate transformation program. The role involves leveraging deep financial expertise and managing relationships with senior stakeholders to enhance financial processes, particularly in Accounts Receivable and Order to Cash. This is a fully remote contract position with a duration of three months, starting ASAP.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Oracle Fusion Financials workstream, owning functional design, solutioning and delivery across the implementation lifecycle.
- Provide functional leadership across Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Cash Management, Accounts Payable and Intercompany.
- Drive the design of end-to-end Order to Cash processes, focusing on customer billing, credit management, collections, cash application and receipt processing.
- Lead discovery sessions and design workshops, translating complex business requirements into scalable Oracle solutions.
- Challenge existing processes and recommend improvements aligned with business objectives, financial controls, and accounting principles.
- Oversee configuration and functional design, ensuring solutions meet business requirements and integrate effectively with related systems.
- Manage testing activities, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), cutover and hypercare.
- Provide leadership, mentoring and quality assurance across the Finance delivery team.
Requirements
- Extensive Oracle ERP implementation experience, ideally with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.
- Strong functional expertise across Oracle Receivables, particularly in billing, collections, cash application and Order to Cash.
- Broad Finance knowledge across General Ledger, Cash Management, Accounts Payable and Intercompany.
- Proven experience leading Finance workstreams and owning functional design through to deployment.
- Strong experience facilitating business workshops, producing functional designs and resolving complex solution requirements.
- Sound understanding of finance processes, accounting principles, financial controls and system integrations.
- Experience supporting the full implementation lifecycle, including design, configuration oversight, testing, cutover and hypercare.
- Confident stakeholder management skills, able to engage senior Finance and business leaders.
