Overview
The Senior Consultant - Job Architecture role involves leading customer-focused job architecture projects within a dynamic HR & Compensation Technology environment. The consultant will work remotely with UK-based clients, managing the full delivery lifecycle of job architecture design, while collaborating closely with the Customer Success and Senior Project Management teams to drive successful outcomes and measurable impact for clients.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end job architecture projects from discovery through design, solution build and delivery.
- Collaborate with the Senior Project Manager to align delivery plans and milestones for customer engagements.
- Analyze and interpret customer data to inform job architecture design decisions.
- Facilitate workshops to gather customer requirements and inform architectural outcomes.
- Synthesize discovery findings and data analysis into actionable job architecture designs.
- Install and calibrate levelling structures and ensure consistency in role definitions.
- Present architecture designs and rationale to senior customer stakeholders with confidence.
- Oversee the quality of AI-generated content and ensure alignment with customer frameworks.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in designing job architectures including job families and levelling structures.
- Proven ability to lead workshops and navigate stakeholder engagements.
- Experience in scoping and executing HR transformation projects.
- Thorough understanding of job evaluation methodologies and their applications.
- Strong customer management and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and AI tools.
