Overview
The Oracle Developer will engage in the development, configuration, and enhancement of Oracle Service Cloud solutions. This contract position offers flexibility for both part-time and full-time work, inviting collaboration with various stakeholders to gather requirements, design system configurations, and troubleshoot issues to deliver customer-centric solutions. The role emphasizes the delivery of scalable and efficient services while adhering to best practices in a dynamic working environment.
Responsibilities
- Configure and administer Oracle Service Cloud applications to meet business needs.
- Design, create, and maintain custom objects, fields, tables, and relationships to support tailored solutions.
- Develop and configure business rules, workflows, and automation processes to streamline operations.
- Configure workspaces, reports, dashboards, and user interfaces to enhance usability and reporting capabilities.
- Support data management activities including data imports, exports, and integrity checks.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform, configuration, and data issues promptly.
- Support integrations between Oracle Service Cloud and third-party applications, ensuring seamless data flow.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent commercial experience.
- Oracle Service Cloud certification is highly desirable.
- Strong technical skills with practical experience in Oracle Service Cloud development.
- Knowledge of database design, SQL, and integration techniques.
