Overview
The Oracle Trainer will play a critical role in supporting a major finance transformation by designing and delivering effective training programs for colleagues and external partners on Oracle Fusion finance systems. Working closely with subject matter experts, this position involves creating engaging materials and conducting training sessions to ensure a smooth adoption of new tools. The role requires collaboration with multiple stakeholders and involves both in-person and virtual training formats, contributing to the overall success of the organization’s multi-year project.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging training materials, including e-learning modules, videos, and guides tailored to diverse audiences.
- Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions covering Oracle ERP and EPM systems, such as General Ledger and Accounts Payable.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevancy.
- Provide in-application guidance via Oracle Guided Learning with step-by-step support.
- Review and refine training materials based on feedback and learning outcomes.
- Manage learning communities and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Support internal communications for consistent messaging around training initiatives.
- Lead training-related projects, contributing to process improvements.
Requirements
- Experience with Oracle Fusion and ERP implementations.
- Proven track record in designing, developing, and delivering learning programs using tools like Articulate E-Learning and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging audiences at all levels.
- Proficiency in GSuite (Gmail, Slides, Docs, Meets, Chat).
- Willingness to travel frequently to various sites.
- Experience with digital adoption platforms, such as Oracle Guided Learning (desired).
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (desired).
