Overview
The Oracle Trainer will play a crucial role in a significant finance transformation initiative, focusing on the migration to Oracle Fusion. This position involves designing, developing, and facilitating training materials to support both colleagues and external partners in effectively adopting the new finance systems. The trainer will collaborate with subject matter experts and engage in both in-person and virtual training sessions to ensure comprehensive understanding of Oracle ERP and EPM functionalities.
Responsibilities
- Create engaging training materials including e-learning modules, videos, and guides tailored to various audiences.
- Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions on Oracle ERP and EPM systems.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and current.
- Provide in-application guidance using Oracle Guided Learning to support users.
- Review and refine training materials based on participant feedback and learning outcomes.
- Manage learning communities and oversee the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Support internal communications for consistent messaging across the organisation.
- Lead training-related projects and contribute to process improvements.
Requirements
- Experience with Oracle Fusion and ERP implementations.
- Proven skills in designing and delivering learning programs using tools like Articulate E-Learning and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Project management experience with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage a diverse audience.
- Proficiency in GSuite (Gmail, Slides, Docs, Meets, Chat).
- Willingness to travel frequently to various locations for training purposes.
- Familiarity with digital adoption platforms such as Oracle Guided Learning is desirable.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
