Overview
We are seeking an experienced Peakon Implementation Consultant for a 4-month contract role, focusing on the implementation and rollout of the Workday Peakon Employee Voice platform. In this hands-on position, you will collaborate with internal teams across Communications, Belonging, and People to ensure successful deployment and adoption of the system. The consultant will take full ownership of the process from configuration to training, ensuring the client gains self-sufficiency post-implementation.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Peakon implementation through to go-live.
- Advise on platform configuration and implementation best practices.
- Support employee data setup, extraction, and reporting requirements.
- Create and configure custom datasets/segments.
- Collaborate with Communications & Belonging teams on rollout and adoption.
- Support testing and launch activities.
- Provide training, knowledge transfer, and guidance to internal teams.
- Ensure the client is self-sufficient following implementation.
Requirements
- Proven experience with Peakon implementations.
- Hands-on experience with Workday Peakon Employee Voice.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong understanding of implementation best practices.
- Experience in advising on platform configuration.
- Familiarity with data setup, extraction, and reporting in related systems.
- Excellent communication skills for training and guidance.
